The Menlo Park Fire District Community Crisis Management program is governed by an Executive Board, comprised of elected volunteers from across the fire district. The Executive board is supported by six working committees, tasked with executing the (District approved) plans adopted by the E-Board. Our mission is "To establish and maintain a cadre of trained and equipped Volunteers, to provide initial neighborhood disaster response and support the District's emergency operations plan, as envisioned by the Federal CERT program."

 Develop and manage technology infrastructure for administering the CCM program, including database, website and software management.
 Set direction and administer CCM Communications equipment and processes, including management of Communications Trailer and HAM licensing.
Leading the organization and delivery of community emergency exercises, both tabletop and functional. Creates exercise plans and drives implementation of exercises.
 Tasked with identifying, prioritizing and assigning staffing for all community events. This includes the development and procurement of applicable collateral and leadership in the recruitment of new members.
 Manage, update and deliver lesson-plan based, official training courses to community members. Work with CCM leadership to align material, delivery times and instructors to support CCM CERT, C-PREP & PSAT vision.
Regular maintenance, inspection and improvement of the strategic disaster equipment caches. Identifying needs and developing usage processes.
