MPFD & MPFD CERT Release New Preparedness Manual

posted Oct 16, 2014, 5:23 PM by Steve Taffee
The Menlo Park Fire District and MPFD CERT program have released an updated version of "Get Ready to Be Prepared," a manual for emergency preparedness for all residents. Designed as a basic "go to" checklist for Bay Area high-risk emergencies such as Earthquake, Flood, and Fires. This update includes a number of hyperlinks to FEMA and other resources for those interested in more information. The PDF document contains bookmarks (you may have to turn on "show bookmarks" in your PDF viewer) for quick access to manual sections, or you may print out a copy and use the conventional table of contents at the front. A preview of the table of contents is below. A link to the PDF document is on the preparedness page.
